Creating a new Enterprise
Enterprises are a way of separating different streams of income in MaiaGrazing.
JEnterprises are a way of separating different streams of income in MaiaGrazing. You can add as many Enterprises as you like – the sole purpose is for you to be able to compare the performance of these over time.
You must have at least one enterprise.
For example, if you run a breeding and fattening operation and want to separate the kg/lb produced and $ between the two, then create two Enterprises.
This goes for different livestock as well – many will have a Sheep Breeding Enterprise, Sheep Fattening Enterprise, Cattle Breeding Enterprise and Cattle Finishing Enterprise.

Click into the data entry box under enterprise name. (a)

Click on 'Add New Enterprise' button to enter additional enterprises (b)

Delete an enterprise during setup by hovering your mouse to the right of the enterprise name and click on the blue cross when it appears.(c)

Click on 'Save & Close' when you have finished setting up your enterprises (d)

You are now ready to set up your stock groups.
